My favorite animated movie is Brave.

My favorite children's book is *The Boxcar Children #1*.

My favorite childhood toy was a Cabbage Patch doll.

My greatest inspiration is my dad, a retired Army veteran.

My hobbies and interests include going to thrift stores, watching my kids play sports, going on cruises, and swimming at the pool or beach.

Earning my Family Nurse Practitioner degree allowed me to take care of all ages, but after caring mostly for adults, I realized my favorite patients were my pediatric patients. I also can relate to all the parents out there caring for their children, since I am also in the same boat, with many kids of my own.

As a military spouse, I completely understand the dynamics our military families face and the importance of having a good provider for your kids. Finding a good, trustworthy, and caring Primary Care Provider helps settle into a new place. I hope I can be that for any families trying to find a new provider.

From personal experiences of being around family and friends with special needs children, I have seen the remarkable love they shine upon their children. I want to make each patient feel special and relate to them on a personal level so they are comfortable coming to medical appointments. I also have had numerous years diagnosing and treating children with ADHD so they can be successful at school and having meaningful relationships with family and friends.
